Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you and WELCOME TECH LLP, Stoney Works, 8 Stoney Lane, London, United Kingdom, SE19 3BD ("we", "us"), and govern your use of the Wave VPN apps and the wavevpn.io website (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Service under supervision of a legal guardian who accepts these Terms.

Wave VPN provides an encrypted VPN connection for personal use for the duration of your subscription, on up to 10 devices per account.

Subscriptions renew automatically: monthly at $11.99/mo or yearly at $59.99/yr, until cancelled. The current price is always shown before purchase.

You can cancel anytime in your account settings or in the App Store. Access continues until the end of the paid period; the current period is not refunded except as described in the Refunds section.

You agree to provide accurate billing information. If an automatic charge fails, we may retry it and notify you; if payment cannot be completed, the subscription is suspended until payment succeeds.

We may change subscription fees with at least 30 days’ notice by email or in-app notice. Changes apply from your next billing cycle; continued use after that constitutes acceptance. You can cancel before the new fee takes effect.

New accounts get a 7-day free trial on any plan. No card is required to start the trial via SBP signup; where billing details are collected up front, the subscription starts automatically after the trial unless cancelled before it ends.

App Store purchases follow Apple's refund rules. For SBP and card payments made to us directly, a full refund is available within 14 days of the first charge via support@wavevpn.io. Outside these cases refunds are at our discretion, reviewed case by case.

You may not use the Service for unlawful activity, including spam, network attacks, unauthorized access, or distributing malware. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you. We may suspend accounts for abuse.

The Service may contain links to third-party sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.

We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these Terms, with notice where practicable. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under these Terms is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We target 99.9% availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of any individual server, or that the Service will meet every requirement.

Before making a formal claim, please contact support@wavevpn.io — most issues can be resolved informally. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer protections you are entitled to under the laws of your country of residence, including those of the European Union.

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the rest remains in effect. Our not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it.

These Terms are published in English and Russian. In case of a discrepancy, the English version prevails.

We may update these Terms; for material changes we will give at least 30 days’ notice by email or in-app notice before they take effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
